Festival Juvenile teams consist of eight to sixteen skaters. The team shall perform a free skating program to music of 3.0 minutes (+ or - 10 seconds) in duration. Music may contain vocals.

Team members, 75% may not have reached the age of twelve and 25% may not have reached the age of fifteen, as of Jyly 1 precedding the competion.
